error 500: FastCGI: incomplete headers

Ciao a tutti,
mentre aggiornavo un sito di prova e cercavo di creare un utente FTP mi sono trovata un errore 500 sul mio sito ecco il log:

non capisco cosa possa essere, il db, funziona, le pagine html funzionano, ma nessuno dei siti che richiedono una connessione con il DB funzionano.

Ieri su x2.w4w.guest.it c'èrano forti rallentamenti per quanto riguarda i siti con DB MySql e/o l'utilizzo di PHP. Oggi invece tutti i siti che sono su x2.w4w.guest.it ed utilizzano MySql risultano offline con i seguenti errori:

Joomla: "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"

MyBB: "MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
2005 - Unknown MySQL server host 'sql2.web4web.it' (2)
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server "

Ovviamente sia ieri che oggi ho segnalato il tutto all'assistenza.

C'è stato un problema su X2, ne stiamo cercando le cause.
