Awstats: statistics

I want to start the discussion about statistics. I'm using Awstat for monitoring. I don't see there detail statistics of visitors domains/countries. It identifies all the visitors as unknown. How do I enable this option?
Second question: the statistics are updated automatically once a 24 hours, but can I update statistics more frequently in manual mode?

domains/country and manual updates are not enabled due to heavy load on server.
They will slow down awstats to much for a shared hosting.

ok. I understood...
But why does not show the countries??

Countries stats are not shown because they will make an heavy load on server during stats calculation.

We suggest to use an external tool like Google Analytics.
